Aelyra does not currently offer paid digital services in the implemented MVP. This page is prepared for future EU consumer sales.

Future EU consumer withdrawal rights

If paid services launch, EU consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for 14 days unless an exception applies.

For paid digital services or digital content supplied before the withdrawal period ends, Aelyra must obtain the user's express request/consent to begin early and acknowledgement of the consequences for withdrawal rights where legally required.

To withdraw from a future paid contract, users may use the online withdrawal/cancellation flow or contact: TO BE CHANGED: withdrawal@aelyra.example.

Model withdrawal form, TO BE CHANGED: I/we hereby withdraw from the contract for the following service: [service], ordered on [date], name [consumer name], address [consumer address], date [date].

The exact withdrawal consequences, refund timing, and exceptions must be finalized with counsel before paid launch.
