Aelyra

These Terms govern use of Aelyra. By creating an account or using Aelyra, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Aelyra provides fitness-oriented running tools, including runner profiles, FIT upload, activity analysis, training planning, AI-assisted training features, social sharing, messaging, and third-party integrations. Features may change over time.

Eligibility: you must be at least 16 years old to use Aelyra. If a higher minimum age or parental-consent rule applies in your country, that rule applies.

Account security: you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Fitness-only scope: Aelyra is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, disease detection, therapy, emergency advice, or clinical monitoring. Do not use Aelyra to make medical decisions.

Health and safety: stop training and seek appropriate professional or emergency help if you experience chest pain, fainting, severe shortness of breath, acute injury, unusual symptoms, or any medical concern. Do not rely on Aelyra instead of a qualified professional.

AI features: AI-generated outputs are probabilistic and may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Training plan generation is disabled unless you grant AI consent. You must review AI-generated training plans and workouts before relying on them.

User data and uploads: you must only upload data that belongs to you or that you have the right to process. FIT files may contain health, location, device, and timestamp data.

Social features: you must not harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, publish illegal content, reveal another person's private data, or expose another person's location without permission.

Route sharing: public or friend sharing is optional. You are responsible for choosing appropriate visibility, map, route, start-time, and metric settings. Public route sharing can reveal sensitive places such as your home, workplace, routines, or race locations.

Third-party integrations: if you connect an external training or activity provider, you authorize Aelyra to process data according to the scopes you select. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy rules.

Subscriptions and payments: Aelyra currently does not offer paid subscriptions in this MVP. If paid services launch, pricing, renewal, cancellation, withdrawal, tax, and payment terms will be shown before purchase.

Intellectual property: Aelyra software, branding, UI, generated templates, and non-user content belong to the operator or licensors. You retain rights in your own uploaded content, subject to rights needed to operate the service.

Acceptable use: you may not misuse APIs, scrape data, bypass access controls, attack the service, upload malware, interfere with others, or use Aelyra unlawfully.

Suspension and termination: we may restrict or terminate access if needed for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, serious Terms violations, or service integrity. You may delete your account from Privacy & Data.

Availability: Aelyra may be unavailable due to maintenance, provider outages, security work, or changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Liability: nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life/body/health, or mandatory consumer rights. Otherwise, liability is limited to what is legally permitted.

Changes: material changes to these Terms will be notified in-app or by email where appropriate. We may require renewed acceptance before continued use.

Governing law: TO BE CHANGED after legal review. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protections of the user's country of residence remain unaffected.
