When AI is used

Aelyra uses AI only after the user grants AI analysis consent. Without AI consent, LLM-based training plan generation and related AI features are disabled.

AI features may include training plan generation, plan revision, reassessment, alternative workout suggestions, training Q&A, target recommendation, and zone-estimation assistance.

Fitness-only boundary

AI is used for fitness support only. It is not a doctor, medical device, emergency service, or clinical decision system.

Data sent to AI

Aelyra minimizes AI inputs. It should not send email, raw FIT files, direct messages, or exact GPS routes by default. Exact location to AI requires a separate setting.

Full AI traces and plan request/response payloads are redacted by default unless AI history storage consent is enabled.

Provider API data controls, retention, and DPA terms must be reviewed before production launch and reflected in the public subprocessor list.

User responsibility

AI output can be wrong. Users must review training suggestions and stop or seek professional help when symptoms, injury, or medical concerns arise.

Aelyra aims to avoid medical claims. If the product is changed to diagnose, prevent, monitor, or treat disease or injury, a medical-device and AI-risk assessment must be completed before launch.
