DSA Notice and Action

Scope

This page describes Aelyra's EU Digital Services Act notice-and-action process for social/community content.

Single point of contact for DSA notices: TO BE CHANGED: dsa@aelyra.example. Languages accepted: English and German, TO BE CHANGED after legal review.

Reporting content

Users can report potentially illegal content through in-app report controls for activities, comments, messages, and profiles. Reports should identify the content, explain why it is illegal or violates rules, provide relevant facts, and include contact details where appropriate.

Decisions and complaints

Aelyra may remove or restrict content, limit accounts, preserve evidence, or notify competent authorities where legally required.

Where Aelyra takes a moderation decision, affected users may receive a statement of reasons where required by law.

Internal complaint process: TO BE CHANGED. Users may contest moderation decisions by contacting the DSA contact point or using the in-app appeal flow once implemented.

Out-of-court dispute settlement and judicial remedies remain available where the DSA or national law provides them.

Misuse of reporting systems, knowingly false reports, and abusive complaints may lead to restrictions.
